Hi alle:
Ich lerne eine schematische der OPA ist, zitiert aus einem Lehrbuch.Wenn ich simuliert die Open-Loop Gain Frequenzgang, fand ich die Verstärkung Frequenzgang des offenen Schleife nicht degradieren mit unterschiedlicher Frequenz,
mit anderen Worten, der Gewinn-Kurve nicht-3db breakoff Punkt, wenn die Frequenz steigt.Ich bin sehr verwirrt, weil die Modelle enthalten Kondensator Parameter und die Schaltung enthalten Entschädigung Kondensator.Warum Ertrag dieses seltsame Phänomen?Pls mich!Wenn u eine freie Zeit, pls help me simulieren it!Der Schaltplan des OPA ist in der attachment.Thks in fortgeschrittenen!
